Self-introduction:
I am a firm believer that every student is gifted and should not go unnoticed during his/her learning processes and so ‘seeing the smile on the face of my students’ has become my philosophy in my teaching. This very thought itself engineered me to establish ways to build a trusted relationship with my students through understanding each of my students’ different socio, economic background. By providing the needed motivation, supporting them through pastoral care, building the character through necessary discipline measures and also by giving extra classes for the weaker ones to join in the main stream and the above average students to go beyond their level of requirements. My work experience in different countries with varied cultures helped me assimilate myself very easily into Bina Bangsa School, Indonesia, where I am currently working, I was able to connect quickly with my students and made them to realise the relevance and importance of Economics in every aspect of life in this 21st century. My innate ability of working hard witnesses the record result in the history of the school with many students scoring grade A and with almost an equal number with A*.
As an Economics teacher I always make my lessons authentic and relevant to the real life situation.
Considering my experiences, if I am given an opportunity to work in your school I can vouch that I will contribute at the much larger scale in shaping the young mind to bring laurel to the school and society.
