Self-introduction:
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Honours Degree and currently completing a TEFL Diploma. I have approximately 10 years of informal experience with helping non-native English speakers to improve their reading, writing and speaking skills, whilst working as an Administrator. I have also assisted several of my colleagues with their report writing skills, preparations for interviews and general use of the English language. I love meeting new people and learning about other cultures. For the past 6 months, I have home schooled my 3 children who 7, 10 and 12 years old.
I am kind, patient, friendly and very outgoing by nature. I do believe that these characteristics are valued for the teaching profession.
In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I am recognised as being a trusted and resourceful self-starter with success in building, managing and maintaining collaborative and trusted relationships with key stakeholders, clients and colleagues. I have decided to pursue my love for the English language and change my career accordingly since it has always been a passion of mine to be an English teacher.
