Having been an english teacher for some years now i developed innovative approaches that were repeatedly held up as the model standard for meeting district goals.I have also managed to teach different type of people and of different ages from the kindergarten to middle school and senior schools and aswel as individuals with learning challenges and special needs because i have interesting and professional methods of teaching.I have been consistently commended for ability to redirect students exhibiting behavior problems by replacing disruptive, unproductive patterns with positive behaviors and also i can establish positive relationships with students,parents ,fellow teachers and school administrators. I can efficiently execute my job for i can teach esl,grammar and exam preparation.I use creative classroom teaching lesson plans, instructional materials and teaching games hence making the student to be more intrested in learning and also participate and get involved more often while learning.
