As a Senior ESL Teacher, I have developed my teaching philosophy while working with Kindergarten and Junior level students. I received an Excellent Teacher Award for my continual efforts in providing leadership support and training to new teachers. My responsibilities have included creating lesson plans, administering academic and language assessments, leading promotional community events, and maintaining records of student progression. I have successfully employed a variety of instructional strategies to establish standards of student behavior to ensure a productive classroom environment. As part of my Senior Role, I have regularly observed and provided feedback for fellow faculty members, cooperated with Chinese staff, and maintained an excellent student continuation rate. I have delivered various training workshops, coordinated extra activities, and have been responsible for maintaining the daily function of the office in the absence of my direct manager.
