1.BANKING JOB.
I have been privileged to work in the banking sector between the periods of 2012 to 2014 as a Teller service personnel and a marketing agent where I was able to acquire vast skills in marketing techniques, Profiling, customer service, cash handling procedures, etc. During my time at the bank I succeeded in opening 70 personal account m, 10 fixed deposit accounts, 20 kids account, 3 corporate accounts etc. These are my little achievements for less than two years of my stay before proceeding for a compulsory youth service program as a new graduate.

2. HOTEL.
In the hospitality sector where I currently work now as a Front office supervisor, I oversee three major department owing to lack of manpower. I act as the housekeeping supervisor, the head of operations and the front office staff. My job functions is very detailed and includes:
a. Formulation of duty rosters
b. Formulation of checkin/checkout procedures
c. Formulation of code of conduct for the entire staff to I still discipline on staffing body
d. Ensure that there\\\'s routine inspection on cleaned rooms before checking in a guest
e. Take charge of reservations both online and manual.
f. Ensure that guest complaints are handled properly and on time.
